Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time during my one-night stay, enjoying the onsen and the beautiful surroundings. The amenities were nice and the meals were plentiful with great choices. However, the hotel seems a bit dated, and the room could use some upgrading and improvements, especially concerning the bedding and furnishings.
The hotel has some charm, but it feels quite dated, reminiscent of better days from about 30-40 years ago. The onsen experience was fantastic, and I genuinely enjoyed the meals. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, and the air quality made it hard to sleep comfortably, which was disappointing.
I had a delightful one-night stay. The drive to the hotel was easy and relaxing, and I appreciated the spacious car park. The onsen experience was wonderful, and I loved the Japanese-style amenities. However, the limited time for dinner and breakfast felt a bit rushed, and the slippers could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a great experience but with some room for improvement in comfort during meals.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere, especially with its onsen and dining options. However, the rooms are quite dated and need some upgrades, and the service could be improved with more English-speaking staff. We enjoyed the meals and the cleanliness but had some issues with air quality and the taxi service from the station.
